Here’s a slight diversion: a L4D2 beta skin… sorta. It’s more like a L4D1 beta skin restored in L4D2, using a model from The Last of Us ported into the game by Ada Wong.
For comparison, here’s an early L4D1 screenshot featuring the original “beta” medkit.
Rather than try for a 100% accurate restoration, I geared more towards how the first aid kit would probably look if it were kept up until the retail product, so no hideous texture stretching or low-poly models to be seen here.
